Key Requirements
- Must be able to work rotating shift schedules
- Must be able to commute to Bolton
Provide a wide range of day-to-day administrative services/support to the Managers, Team Leaders, and Team Members in manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities/Areas of Accountability:
- Actively support the team to achieve business objectives.
- Planning and proactively organizing activities such as travel, catering, facilities, on and off campus site meetings and managing schedules for Managers and Team leaders to promote effective time management.
- Ability to interact positively with various levels within the Business Unit and with other Business Units
- Acting as a focal point for communications within and for Manufacturing
- Participating in various meetings as required by the Manager and Team leader.
- Opening, distributing, and sending incoming or outgoing mail, materials, and information
- Maintaining secure and confidential information and records, i.e., department credit cards
- Updating Hour Entry system to reflect Team Member absences.
- Drafting and preparing letters, memos, reports, presentations
- May participate in or lead continuous improvement activities.
Technical/Professional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Qualifications: Education Post secondary education (College diploma or University degree preferred), or 3 –5 years of equivalent work experience. |
Related Experience
2 to 3 years related administrative experience.
